     John R. Peterson, Ph.D.,President & Founder of Thesis Chemistry, an alliance partner of BioChemInsights.  Together, Thesis Chemistry and BioChemInsights are "One Source for CMC Management" to provide the chemistry necessary for drug development from concept to commercialization.  

     Throughout his career, Dr. Peterson has been technically focused on organic chemical synthesis.  He has over 25 years of commercial experience in drug development, fine
chemicals and chiral molecules for pharmaceuticals, chemical process development and optimization, chemical manufacturing of key pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs.  Dr. Peterson has broad business and technical expertise in the development of innovative and proprietary process chemistry for regulatory starting materials and key intermediates for cGMP manufacturing processes.  Throughout his career, he has held management positions with Ricerca Biosciences, Oxford Asymmetry, MDS Panlabs, University
of Washington and the University of Mississippi.
 
     Dr. Peterson received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1979 and his Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1984.  He was a National Institutes of Health Post-doctoral Fellow at the Ohio State University from 1984-86.  In 1993, he completed the Executive management Program at the University of Washington.
